Very kind & gentle
My father has been a patient here for a long time. He has a really bad toothache, and even though he already had an appointment, he called to let the staff know about his increase of pain and his worries. The staff told him to not come in to his appointment and to wait until Thursday. It was Monday when my father made the call. He has been in a lot of pain, and I'm upset at how they handled it. Alex Smith is amazing, but he needs to talk to his staff about customer service and empathy.
