I had my initial appointment at this dental office today, and it was a truly dreadful experience. I have never felt so judged and demeaned in my entire life. I require chronic pain medication due to pervasive, debilitating pain throughout my body that I battle with every moment. Instead of understanding, these individuals treated me as if I were an addict. My advice to those considering this dentist is to be aware of the extreme judgment you may face if you have chronic pain like mine and need pain relief.
Without a doubt, the most exceptional dental experience I have ever had. Every aspect, from the reception to the doctor, was top-notch. I highly recommend it.
They consistently provide exceptional care for my family, going above and beyond to meet our needs. My mother received care for the first time and the prompt and informative response to her "emergency" was impressive. Dr. Henshaw always prioritizes my family's dental needs and desires above any other dental office I have visited. They treat us like kin. This dental office is my sanctuary, filled with smiling, friendly, and passionate individuals. Routine exams are a joy. A+ in my opinion!
