Why can't I schedule a massage for June on May 15th? Can't you provide a specific call-back time? The Ocean City location is fully booked for June already? This is concerning. I have raised this issue on your portal as well.
My first massage here was fantastic! I kept going back for a second and third time. However, when I visited earlier this year with my ex, the massages were not great and quite rough. Despite that, I decided to give it another chance today.
I’m giving three stars to be fair. Initially, the customer service was exceptional. However, my supposed 60-minute massage was only 40 minutes. I timed it and even took photos. They can review their cameras. It was a 40-minute massage instead of the full hour paid for. That's my only issue. Massages are a luxury, and I don't want others to feel deceived.
