I specifically requested to not trim my bangs too short, as they tend to shrink when they dry. However, they ended up being at least an inch above my eyebrows. The result made it seem like a bowl had been placed on my head and cut around. The bangs were noticeably uneven, prompting me to straighten them myself. I also asked for the sides of my face to be feathered, but they were haphazardly cut halfway up my ear. I typically do not complain, but this haircut was truly disappointing.

I strongly advise against bringing your children to this establishment! The stylist haphazardly hacked at my child's hair, resulting in a messy and uneven cut. Sections were left longer than others, and there was a lack of blending. She struggled to trim around his ears and the back of his neck accurately. Now, we have to incur additional expenses to have a competent stylist rectify the situation. The experience was truly disheartening.

I have frequented this Salon Excellence for years, for both my son's trims and my own. After relocating, it became a more convenient option for us. My experience has been consistently positive. The stylists exhibit friendliness, the establishment is always impeccably clean and well-organized, and it operates in a professional manner. I must commend Sara, the manager at this branch, for her pleasant demeanor and excellent haircutting skills. While franchises can sometimes be inconsistent, I intend to continue patronizing this establishment due to their reasonable prices and reliable service.
