I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for many years and have always been pleased with the exceptional service. JAMES, KELLY, and the entire staff consistently deliver top-notch service. JAMES has a knack for creating intricate nail designs - sometimes it's best to let him work his magic. Give them a try, you may just become a fan.
I visited this establishment on a whim and left feeling let down. I needed a manicure for my upcoming baby celebration and opted for a simple hue. Unfortunately, the end result was far from smooth - the color was patchy and uneven. Throughout the process, the nail technician repeatedly caused me discomfort by digging his tool into the side of my finger. Despite my attempts to pull away, the irritation persisted. The only redeeming quality was the actual color, but the overall service was subpar. Not worth the investment.
JAMES exhibits such professionalism and dedication in his work that it seems effortless! I am always impressed by his expertise! While appointments are not available, the wait time is usually minimal even during busy periods. The entire team is efficient and they even offer smaller chairs for mommy-and-me pedicures!
