Consistently excellent service in a clean, friendly environment. Yen is my go-to nail tech, always delivering the perfect shape and design. I've never had a bad experience with her, whether for nails or pedicures. Cindy is also fantastic with hair - skilled, understanding, and reasonably priced. After 3 years, I still love this salon.
AVOID THIS PLACE. My gel pedicure peeled off four toes the day after. When I asked for a fix, the manager was dismissive and rude. She reluctantly corrected it, but three toes were bare again shortly after. A waste of $60, steer clear of this establishment.
Today at LG nails was a nightmare. I've been a patron for 12 years, but the nail tech at the first seat on the left was the worst I've encountered. She was rude, incapable, and made multiple mistakes. Despite asking for help, I was left with a painful and poorly shaped nail job. The final straw was being overcharged and encountering a rude manager. Another customer stood up for me, and I won't be returning. Improve your service or lose loyal customers!
