Whenever I'm in this area, I love coming to this salon. The staff is always incredibly kind and exceptionally professional. They even accommodate walk-ins. I had a sudden event to attend and needed a quick trim. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and got a sharp haircut in no time.
The stylist was pleasant until she left me sitting in the chair for quite a while to chat with other clients, which I found unprofessional. I requested a size one guard for my haircut, but she showed me a size zero and insisted it would look better. Despite my preference for the size one, she proceeded with the size zero, resulting in a harsh line between the two lengths. I am disappointed with the lack of fade. Although the staff was friendly, the lack of professionalism means I won't be returning.
It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The stylist gave me the most perfect haircut I could have asked for!
