They deserve negative ratings! They completely ruined my eyebrows, making them extremely thin and even creating a slit at the front. It will take months to fix this. They were incredibly rude and unsanitary, using their phones and then touching my face without sanitizing. Their hands smelled unwashed, and the technician was sniffling all over my face without a mask. I visited Bella Viaggio for wedding hair & makeup with my sisters, my mom, and mother-in-law. We were all pleased with the natural makeup look they created. Staying at the nearby Artisan Hotel made it convenient to access Bella Viaggio on the wedding morning. Hailey did my makeup and Claribel styled my hair perfectly.
