They deserve negative ratings! They completely ruined my eyebrows, making them extremely thin and even creating a slit at the front. It will take months to fix this. They were incredibly rude and unsanitary, using their phones and then touching my face without sanitizing. Their hands smelled unwashed, and the technician was sniffling all over my face without a mask.
