They deserve negative ratings! They completely ruined my eyebrows, making them extremely thin and even creating a slit at the front. It will take months to fix this. They were incredibly rude and unsanitary, using their phones and then touching my face without sanitizing. Their hands smelled unwashed, and the technician was sniffling all over my face without a mask. Clearly, she was sick, probably due to the unhygienic environment she works in.
This is the worst experience I've had with my eyebrows. The technician completely removed my eyebrow, despite me only asking for a clean-up. She disregarded my shape and arch, leaving me with a thin line as an eyebrow. I now have a tan line from where my eyebrow shape used to be. She even tried to blame me for not having them done in a while, when I had them done just a month ago at the same location by a different technician. She sits in the first chair on the left. I will not return and will caution my friends. It will take me months to fill in my eyebrows again after she removed every hair in a minute.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. As someone who is very particular about my eyebrows and had never been to this establishment before, I clearly communicated my desire to maintain my shape and just have a clean-up. The technician assured me she could do this, but after the threading, I noticed she did a terrible job. There were stray hairs left around my eyebrows, completely missing the point of the service. When I called to speak to the manager, she became defensive and raised her voice. These pictures were taken on the same day as the service. TERRIBLE service and management. 0 STARS.
