I felt pressured to give tips, especially when the service wasn't up to par. One of the razors was tugging on my hair.
I can't recall the young man's name, but he was exceptional. He did an outstanding job on my daughter's hair. He took his time, and my daughter felt completely at ease. He was kind, extremely friendly, and very professional. His dog was also very charming. Although we don't live in the area, we plan to return when we visit again.
