I bought Groupons for a trip with friends and when I tried to schedule appointments, I was informed about an extra $26 charge not mentioned in the Groupon. I ended up canceling the Groupon. I probably should have checked the 3-star rating, says it all. The owner tried to shift the blame to Groupon, saying it should be there and that they have to contact them. Good advice. I went to Strands for the first time yesterday. Samantha did my highlights and cut, and I am overjoyed with the outcome. She is skilled, attentive, and detail-focused. She gently unraveled my hair with her fingers post-highlights, avoiding any painful tugging that I've experienced elsewhere. Samantha was precise in applying the highlights, resulting in a seamless, natural look with the perfect color. The haircut is fantastic too. She listens attentively and takes care of every detail. I wholeheartedly recommend Samantha and this salon, bidding farewell to my previous hair salon!
