Most dreadful encounter ever. I reserved a 5:30pm slot for my child & I for dip nails and a polish switch on our toes. After selecting a hue I was persuaded into a different shade as it had a matching polish. When it was time to paint my toes (over an hour later), they notified me that they had run out of the matching color. I requested to cancel the polish switch for my toes & asked if someone could kindly do my daughter's nails, as she has been waiting for over an hour, while multiple employees are just idling around & taking other appointments. They alleged they 'didn't know' even though I had two appointments set for 5:30pm & confirmed this upon signing in upon our arrival. The nail technician also made my finger bleed, after informing her 3 times she was causing me pain. And now, 2 days later, the glitter top layer they applied on top of the dip is peeling off my daughter's nails.About

After checking in and being told I would be seen in 15 minutes, I ended up waiting for an hour. The technician proceeded to take other clients ahead of me, even though I had arrived earlier. The lack of transparency in scheduling and service is disappointing. Despite the good job they do, the disorganized system and long wait times are frustrating. The failure to honor a promotional coupon added to my disappointment. I had a really disappointing experience with Shellac Nails. I purchased a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure, but they declined to schedule me in once they learned I was using a voucher. They even disconnected their phone lines around the deal's expiration, making it impossible to book an appointment.
