Julian (previously went by Taylor at another salon) has been my nail tech for about 2 years. I followed them here from another salon. They are exceptional! Not only are they excellent at their job (attentive, knowledgeable, sanitary), they remember details about me and my family. They have truly become a cherished friend that I eagerly anticipate seeing every few weeks. Additionally, my partner will occasionally come with me and has also had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend!
The team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We called ahead to inquire if we could come in late, and they promptly offered to stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcomed. Excellent dip and pedicure!
I went in for just a manicure. The individual working tried to begin clipping my nails with unclean clippers hidden under a towel on a cart. When I requested a clean pair of clippers, they became upset and informed me they do not provide a new pair for each client. This is completely unacceptable. State law mandates that every implement used on one customer be sanitized before use. They asked me to leave. No issue, I will find another nail salon to spend my money. Good luck with the state regulations.
