After checking in and being told I would be seen in 15 minutes, I ended up waiting for an hour. The technician proceeded to take other clients ahead of me, even though I had arrived earlier. The lack of transparency in scheduling and service is disappointing. Despite the good job they do, the disorganized system and long wait times are frustrating. The failure to honor a promotional coupon added to my disappointment. This place needs to improve its appointment management to provide a better experience for clients.
The service provided at this establishment is consistently exceptional! The staff members are not only kind but also efficient. Despite occasional wait times, the end result is always worth it. I am willing to make the drive just to have my eyebrows done by these skilled professionals who never fail to get them looking perfect.
My brows are now too thin and unnaturally curved after waiting two months to get them threaded. As a professional artist, this was not the result I was hoping for. The technician pulled my natural arch and gave me a shape that does not suit me.
