I was optimistic this would become my new favorite nail spot. They managed to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment, which I appreciated, but I left feeling disappointed. The design I wanted versus what I ended up with - the petals were smudged, and although I asked for them to be fixed, only one was. Additionally, I noticed that the nail utensils were placed back in the drawer instead of being cleaned properly. The manicure and pedicure cost me $100.
The staff was welcoming and displayed professionalism throughout the entire visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.
The man with the glasses was awful. He made me bleed and despite me pulling away, he continued to hurt me with the drill. He cut my nails so short that it was painful. Every time I pulled away, he would apologize but then go back to the same painful process. To add to the discomfort, none of my nails were the same shape or size. He was glued to his phone, wearing an air pod the whole time, and seemed more interested in his phone than in my pain. I thought expressing my pain by saying "ouch" or "please stop" would make him more attentive, but it didn't change anything. I will not be returning.
