I was optimistic this would become my new favorite nail spot. They managed to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment, which I appreciated, but I left feeling disappointed. The design I wanted versus what I ended up with - the petals were smudged, and although I asked for them to be fixed, only one was. Additionally, I noticed that the nail utensils were placed back in the drawer instead of being cleaned properly.
