Had a rough visit at Ulta last night. Rushing to an event, I stopped to grab a travel size perfume. Asked for help to open the case, was told it would be brought up front. Waited in line, let 2 customers go ahead. Overheard the cashier asking about points but didn't pay much mind.
I had a service appointment on 10/7/24 after two failed attempts previously. One at this spot (stylist was great, service didn't work) and another at a different spot where they totally messed up my hair. Left feeling let down with a credit to a place I swore off. Against my gut, to not lose my cash, I booked again. Brenda was so great. So chill and kind. Ensured we knew what was happening. Made sure I liked it every step. Left feeling good and happy. She made up for the bad times and then some. Might have found my new stylist. Thanks a lot Brenda!
Had a great customer service experience from employee Amara on 8/15! Some items weren't scanning right and she patiently looked up everything to ensure correct pricing and discount. Super friendly, will surely come back to this place!
