Kelsey Rosha is the best stylist I've found in the Twin Cities. I've been so impressed with her consistency and skill that I followed her from one salon to her present location at Salon Concepts (even though I have to drive further). She does a great job on your hair and keeps you laughing the entire time. Bonus: her scalp massages are very relaxing!
Heather has been cutting my hair for nearly four years, and she has kept me looking good every single time. Love the compliments I get from people after a visit - they always notice her exceptional work. Not only is she skilled - but she's so friendly and professional. I really enjoy my time in her chair and look forward to it every two weeks! Highly, highly recommend.
