I encountered Ocean this recent week for a MASSIVE hair makeover and I am utterly thrilled with the result. They flawlessly brought my vision to life. I didn't snap a typical before pic, but blonde was my starting point, obviously. They trimmed, dyed, and added extensions to my hair.
