I went in for an all over color and cut. Told the stylist I was interested in going to the lightest brown we could get to. I was told that wasn’t possible and I should go dark brown with amber tones. I like the color but would have preferred the light brown. I talked to a friend that was a stylist and she said I could have gone light brown. While getting rinded the entire back of my shirt was soaked! No product was offered and I was half dried but not styled. Then I found out the stylists was off at 3. I had asked for a Master Stylist when I booked the appointment and was told “Well, all our stylists are Masters.” I’m very dissatisfied and both St Louis Park Fantastic Sam’s are opened by the same person.
