So utterly disgusted with the service I received here! I asked for microbead extensions and they were certain that's what I was getting. I spent over $100.00 and of course, all sales final... I took them to my salon and they were the wrong ones! When I returned for pumps for the shampoo & conditioner I bought previously, I informed the employees. One of them was extremely rude! She acted like I was a bother and didn't want to assist me. She made it seem like it was my fault, not hers... She rudely repeated the price while I searched for the change, and when I acknowledged it, she rolled her eyes! I don't recommend this sally! It's better to drive to Elk River or order from Amazon.
I'll be very honest. This location is so small that it's difficult to even browse. Moreover, on my first visit, the staff trailed me like I was going to steal something. It was very blatant and quite upsetting. I left the store without making a purchase and expressed my concerns as I exited. I later called and spoke to the manager, who was polite and tried to assist, but by then, the harm was already done. It's truly disheartening for me and my friends because we've never encountered issues at a sally's before. Sadly, many, and I emphasize many, individuals in customer service in Saint Cloud shouldn't be in such roles. They seem to think they are superior to others, and if you don't fit their narrative, they either suspect you of stealing or ignore you completely. I'm being blunt, but only because it's very accurate. This store, unfortunately, validated what I mentioned. It's a shame because now I have to have everything shipped to me, which is frustrating.
I had the toughest time trying to match my new hair color in the store, and the associate Riley was there to save THE day. I truly can't thank that angel enough.
