I left feeling extremely let down. Despite glowing recommendations from my neighbors, my experience with a new stylist at the salon was less than satisfactory. Moreover, the overall communication from both the salon and the owner left much to be desired, making me wish I had opted for a salon in Orlando instead. My haircut was noticeably uneven, with one side longer by about half an inch. I made several attempts to reach out to the salon owner directly through social media in hopes of rectifying the situation, but received no response. My direct contact with the salon also went unanswered. Frustrated, I eventually resorted to posting in a private neighborhood group to inquire if others had similar experiences. It was only when the owner saw my post that she texted me, apologizing and promising to address my concerns the next day. Keep in mind, I had been trying to reach her for days and was growing increasingly frustrated. After some back and forth, she offered to schedule a fix for my haircut, though I would have to wait several weeks for a slot to correct the color. As we tried to set a date, her responses suddenly ceased. I grew weary of chasing her and the business for resolution. Since then, I have not heard back from her at all. While the salon itself is charming, complete with a coffee shop, the owner's communication and customer service skills leave much to be desired. It has been 2 months, and she has not reached out to me again.

In a nutshell: Absolutely Fantastic! Every time I journey to Colorado, I’ve struggled to find the perfect hiking trail. This time, I contacted Majestic Mountains and was lucky to connect with Sky. She was incredibly warm, professional, and understood precisely what I was looking for.
I arranged a trek with River, and I must say, the views were breathtaking. I returned feeling Incredibly Content!!! The scenery was completely mesmerizing, captivating, and has stayed with me wonderfully.

Appointments are conducted safely with masks worn correctly. They maintain proper spacing between appointments for safety measures. Larissa is phenomenal and consistently delivers outstanding results with my hair. She is the only individual I trust with my hair. This place is a gem, I got my nails done at Oh_Nails & More and had my lashes and eyebrows (ombre) done by Kay. The staff is so friendly and Marisol even made me a delicious cup of coffee while I waited. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Coming from Texas, this was definitely a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend it, the prices are great too!

My siblings and I took our mom to have her eyebrows microbladed with Erica for a birthday surprise, and she loved it! She really enjoyed the whole experience and how quickly it was done, but an amazing job was done nonetheless! (emphasis on the word amazing!) Mami was raving about how she was very comfortable as well as how Erica was very sweet and polite, gentle with her, and always checking in to see how she was doing during the entirety of the process. She says her whole face changed, in a good way! She had been wanting to get her eyebrows fixed in some way or another and my siblings and I are extremely happy with the route we chose for her. YOU REALLY SHOULD VISIT HERE! Stefanny is MY GIRL! I have been seeing Stefanny for around 4 years now?! She is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I have never had a set of nails I was unhappy with. Her attention to detail and effort to match colors exactly to my inspiration is unmatched. In the past I would leave my appointments being told I can’t have what I want, or feeling like I could do the same thing on myself at home. Not with Stef! She excels every time!!!! Besides her exceptional skills as a nail technician, she is EXTREMELY modest, kind, generous, thoughtful, helpful, and one of the most understanding individuals I have ever met. Even though I am a client and we keep things mostly professional, she has become a dear friend as well! Also, the hairdressers who work here are incredibly talented. P and Maddie also assist me when Stefanny isn’t available or for my nails and pedicures! I adore them both so much and they make you feel like family. Raquel is one of the newcomers and although I’ve never had my nails done by her, she is welcoming and super sweet and easy to converse with. Holly’s brow bar is also situated within the salon and she has given my Mother's face some FANTASTIC new eyebrows! Overall, this is my favorite local establishment in St. Cloud!
