Salon Emvy

I left feeling extremely let down. Despite glowing recommendations from my neighbors, my experience with a new stylist at the salon was less than satisfactory. Moreover, the overall communication from both the salon and the owner left much to be desired, making me wish I had opted for a salon in Orlando instead. My haircut was noticeably uneven, with one side longer by about half an inch. I made several attempts to reach out to the salon owner directly through social media in hopes of rectifying the situation, but received no response. My direct contact with the salon also went unanswered. Frustrated, I eventually resorted to posting in a private neighborhood group to inquire if others had similar experiences. It was only when the owner saw my post that she texted me, apologizing and promising to address my concerns the next day. Keep in mind, I had been trying to reach her for days and was growing increasingly frustrated. After some back and forth, she offered to schedule a fix for my haircut, though I would have to wait several weeks for a slot to correct the color. As we tried to set a date, her responses suddenly ceased. I grew weary of chasing her and the business for resolution. Since then, I have not heard back from her at all. While the salon itself is charming, complete with a coffee shop, the owner's communication and customer service skills leave much to be desired. It has been 2 months, and she has not reached out to me again.

Oh my goodness, what an incredible experience! Today was my first visit to the salon, and Emilee worked wonders on my hair. She is truly remarkable! Despite my struggles to articulate the exact shade of blonde I desired in the past, she managed to achieve the perfect color I had envisioned. I was completely amazed! I am thrilled with the outcome, which also included a fabulous haircut and styling. 🙌 The salon itself is stunning! A delightful blend of modern and rustic elements, complete with a charming coffee shop. It's an ideal space, and I can't wait to return! And the best part? The entire process, from start to finish, including styling, was completed in just 2 hours! I've never spent less than 3 hours in a salon chair. I wholeheartedly recommend Salon Emvy and Emilee! ❤️

Chloe was absolutely fantastic. She brought my vision to life from a mere photo! Attentive and full of helpful suggestions, she truly understood what I wanted. I highly recommend her services! The salon itself exudes openness and warmth. The shampooing chairs there are unparalleled in comfort.
