I’ve heard nothing but good reviews of this place so I walked in for an eyebrow threading and asked them to specifically only shape the tail because I like the shape and thickness of the rest of my eyebrow. First thing they do is exactly what I asked them to please not do. Now half of my eyebrows are gone and they are ridiculously thin. I was so upset and embarrassed of how I looked that I couldn’t even find the words to say something because I was so shocked.
