I’ve heard nothing but good reviews of this place so I walked in for an eyebrow threading and asked them to specifically only shape the tail because I like the shape and thickness of the rest of my eyebrow. First thing they do is exactly what I asked them to please not do. Now half of my eyebrows are gone and they are ridiculously thin. I was so upset and embarrassed of how I looked that I couldn’t even find the words to say something because I was so shocked. Please listen to your clients when they tell you something because I now have to look like this for the next 2-3 months and it’s embarrassing.
Before moving back to Canada, Ritaz was the only place I would go to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The quality of work that she did was always consistent and quick. She’s so polite and soft spoken. I see some negative reviews and that’s unfortunate because I’ve been to DOZENS of places to get my eyebrows done and not one place has come close to the quality work that she had done for me.
