The staff here lacks expertise in nail care. When I asked for a correction, the technician appeared irritated and redid it roughly, resulting in a cut on my finger and neglecting to apply any treatment. Each nail ended up crooked and uneven, leaving me extremely unsatisfied. As a product reviewer and content creator, I'll now have to seek another salon to redo my nails. The current result is cringeworthy, failing to meet the standards required for my content.
I wish I had checked the reviews before entering this establishment. I opted for a VIP pedicure that was highly misleading. Basic tasks like cuticle trimming were overlooked. The technician seemed to be cutting aimlessly, as if unsure of what he was doing. The service was subpar. The room had a sewage-like odor, the nail polish application was messy, the wrong color was brought out, and more. I came in with gel on my toes, and the removal process involved a light drilling without proper soaking. Despite mentioning twice that the old gel needed removal, it was disregarded. In my 25 years of visiting nail salons, this was undeniably the worst experience.
I won't return. I visited for a manicure and pedicure. As I settled in the chair for my foot treatment, the woman immediately started on my nails. It completely disrupted the relaxation of the experience. It's uncomfortable to shift your left hand to the right side while receiving a back massage and foot treatment. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here, but it will definitely be the last. Despite being the only customer, the mix-up was disappointing.
