I had my nails done here on a Saturday, and the next day, a nail came off at work (my real nails, not the acrylic). I went back on Monday to get it fixed and paid $5, thinking it broke because of work. But then on Tuesday, another nail broke when I picked up a roll of paper towels. I returned to the salon, and they refused to fix it, saying they don't offer free nail repairs, even if it just happened. My nails are long, so the acrylic is thin and prone to breaking. I have been visiting Debra for over 20 years. They are professional and each appointment is a positive experience. My hair is incredibly healthy. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my hair. This was the worst nail experience ever, the quality of their work is subpar. They need to go back to school because how can you charge $70 and not properly clean my cuticles? It's unacceptable. The shop always seems empty, regardless of the day of the week. I don't understand how they manage to stay open. Additionally, the service is not friendly, especially towards black individuals. It's disheartening to see that they treat white customers better.
