I revisited this spot for a pedicure, after being burned by the faucet left running on my ankle. Needless to say, I did not tip and was offered a 10% discount. I had hoped this wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, during today's visit, they had scalding hot water in the tub for my foot. Trusting it wouldn't be so hot, I put my foot in the water and quickly pulled it out. I informed them of how hot it was and that I felt like my foot was burned. The woman beside linda, who was working on my foot, told her to ensure the water was cool. All she could do was apologize and then added a whole pitcher of ice to cool it down. I've been burned both times!!! This time I didn't receive a 10% discount, but I also didn't tip. The lady doing my pedicure kept apologizing. Needless to say, the burn left a stinging sensation as I left. I have decided not to return to this place anymore, even though I really liked it for my manicures. The picture I left shows a slight redness. This was right after I pulled my foot out. I was left feeling like the pain in my foot didn't matter. There was no apology other than from Linda, the person doing my pedicure.
This is my 5th visit to the salon. I have not been completely satisfied yet. I keep coming back because I'm searching for a permanent place for nail salon services. On this visit, the technician did not file down the dip powder well at all. The powder is so thick on my nails, and it's uneven. My nail shapes are inconsistent. Some are filed slanted. Whenever I point out an issue to the technician or even management, they just acknowledge it and move on. No corrections. No suggestions. This is my final attempt to make this my permanent nail salon. This salon is too pricey to not receive top-notch service.
Got my nails done today. The man was amusing and very courteous. I wanted round nails, and they were just okay. The nail itself wasn't smooth, but uneven. You pay for the fancy chandeliers. It's just average.
