I revisited this spot for a pedicure, after being burned by the faucet left running on my ankle. Needless to say, I did not tip and was offered a 10% discount. I had hoped this wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, during today's visit, they had scalding hot water in the tub for my foot. Trusting it wouldn't be so hot, I put my foot in the water and quickly pulled it out. I informed them of how hot it was and that I felt like my foot was burned. The woman beside linda, who was working on my foot, told her to ensure the water was cool. All she could do was apologize and then added a whole pitcher of ice to cool it down. I've been burned both times!!! This time I didn't receive a 10% discount, but I also didn't tip. The lady doing my pedicure kept apologizing. Needless to say, the burn left a stinging sensation as I left. I have decided not to return to this place anymore, even though I really liked it for my manicures. The picture I left shows a slight redness. This was right after I pulled my foot out. I was left feeling like the pain in my foot didn't matter. I was quoted $40 for a shampoo and blow dry by Lucy over the phone, but at checkout, she said it would be $65. She mentioned that the price increase was due to my long and curly hair. As a professional, she should have communicated this beforehand.
