Can't rave enough about Fresh Horizons Salon. Michael the proprietor styles my hair, always receive compliments on the cut and color. Just started getting highlights which I've always wanted to try, turned out fantastic, couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone is so kind and supportive. Kate styles my 92-year-old Grandma's hair, she is so patient and gentle with her. Grandma is always pleased with Kate's work.
