Today marks my final visit to this store! Every time I step inside, I feel like I'm being shadowed as if I'll commit theft, yet no one offers assistance when I genuinely need it?!! The staff here lacks friendliness and exudes a snobbish attitude. Despite consistently spending well over $100 during each visit, I receive subpar treatment. This specific store urgently requires comprehensive customer service training; the staff should smile and provide genuine help instead of scrutinizing customers as if they're extraterrestrial beings. Sephora, on the other hand, excels in customer service, and that's where I'll be shopping from now on✌️PS I have a tan complexion 🤎
