Poor customer service, rude, unprofessional staff, including seniors. They ignore customer concerns, do as they please with hair. Long wait even with appointment. Lack of cleanliness, dirty chairs. No response to calls or voicemails. High prices for poor quality job, untrustworthy materials. Disappointing experience, appointment canceled without notice. Witnessed other angry customers. Incompetent people.
