I was thrilled to have my hair cut after weeks of anticipation. I booked an appointment with Analissa a week in advance, providing details about my hair type and what I wanted. I even arranged day care for my children. However, upon arriving 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was informed that Analissa had forgotten about me and had another client scheduled. Visited this place for the second time, and they had increased the price by 10 dollars (overpriced and not justified since a high-end salon charges the same). The stylist still seemed unsure about making my hair even on each side until the last moment. In the end, I believe I left with uneven hair and had more chopped off than expected. I regret my decision and should have opted for a more professional establishment.
