I am quite dissatisfied with my experience. This establishment may have once been exceptional, but it is currently in decline.
I was planning to try a style I had never done before and I phoned the salon before my appointment to inquire about how to prepare my hair. The initial person I spoke to seemed unsure, so I requested to speak to someone else who could provide guidance. The next individual offered very minimal direction and mentioned I could arrive with my natural hair but with minimal to no product. I agreed. However, on the day of my appointment, I was informed that my hair should have been blow-dried and that this was an issue. The individual styling my hair grumbled throughout and attempted to do the bare minimum and rushed the process. The end result looked nothing like the photos I had sent them of the desired style. Despite having already paid a deposit and being quoted a different price, I was charged an excessive amount for the service.
Saadiq did a truly fantastic job with my sons hair. Hailing from a place where his hair was not cared for properly and now with us, we can truly see the difference. The ambiance at Euphoric Hair Experience was also delightful. We will definitely return!!
