With my naturally CURLY hair, she gave me the most fantastic haircut I've ever had. The atmosphere and decor were fantastic, instantly putting me at ease. The cleanliness was exceptional. Lisa was wonderful, with a delightful personality. I opted for a 30-minute massage with a scalp service. I should have listened to Lisa and booked the full hour, but even those 30 minutes made a significant difference to my neck. I felt so much better afterwards that I decided to become a member. Rating below one star. The salon overcharges customers, sometimes multiple times, and then claims that if the receipt didn't print, they didn't charge you. When you try another card, the same issue occurs. Despite knowing your account balance, you end up being charged twice for a manicure. It's important for customers to carefully review their charges. The salon blames the credit card company for these problems, which have happened too frequently. The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating whenever I had inquiries about their services. Although, I did experience some bleeding during my manicure and noticed some missed spots on the sides that could have been tidied up better. Bungalow is absolutely amazing! And Taylor is a true treasure! They take the time to truly grasp your hair, your style, and your daily routine to craft something that not only looks stunning but is effortless to maintain and grows out flawlessly. I’ve had everything from color, cuts and smoothing treatments to haircuts for my little one. The salon itself is incredibly charming, with such a warm, stylish atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a mini getaway. If you’re in search of a skilled, considerate hairstylist in the ideal location, I can’t recommend Taylor and the Bungalow team enough.
