Rating below one star. The salon overcharges customers, sometimes multiple times, and then claims that if the receipt didn't print, they didn't charge you. When you try another card, the same issue occurs. Despite knowing your account balance, you end up being charged twice for a manicure. It's important for customers to carefully review their charges. The salon blames the credit card company for these problems, which have happened too frequently. I have since found a new salon to patronize.
Attention to detail is impeccable here! My gel manicure was incredibly relaxing and I am ecstatic with the high quality and skillful workmanship! I specifically requested short nails with this design and they not only accommodated my request but also delivered the most adorable manicure I have ever received. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
Absolutely the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. The gel polish has spread onto the cuticles, causing them to lift. The French tip, for which they charge extra, is simply a straight line. The technician was friendly, but the overall quality is severely lacking.
