The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating whenever I had inquiries about their services. Although, I did experience some bleeding during my manicure and noticed some missed spots on the sides that could have been tidied up better. However, I appreciate the multiple layers of polish they applied for the gel manicure.
The team members are generally pleasant. Despite giving them multiple chances, my nails have consistently chipped within two days during my last two visits. I find it excessive to pay over $100 for just a basic gel manicure and pedicure, especially without any acrylic enhancements. Regrettably, I do not foresee returning as I believe I can find better value elsewhere in terms of cost and quality.
I decided to end my session prematurely. I had come in for a pedicure, but the service felt rushed and incomplete, prompting me to decline the polish application. Despite requesting rounded nails, they were cut square. Even after a second request, the technician only slightly filed them without changing the shape. The water wasn't warm, and the blue tablet didn't dissolve, leaving a stain on my foot. When I mentioned this issue, no action was taken. I am unlikely to revisit this establishment and cannot recommend it, despite its convenient location.
