The atmosphere and decor were fantastic, instantly putting me at ease. The cleanliness was exceptional. Lisa was wonderful, with a delightful personality. I opted for a 30-minute massage with a scalp service. I should have listened to Lisa and booked the full hour, but even those 30 minutes made a significant difference to my neck. I felt so much better afterwards that I decided to become a member. The employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating whenever I had inquiries about their services. Although, I did experience some bleeding during my manicure and noticed some missed spots on the sides that could have been tidied up better. Upon relocating to Lyndhurst, it took me some time to discover the ideal nail salon, and I can confidently say I have now found it! Ann is exceptional! She is incredibly amiable, and her attention to detail in her nail work is commendable. Rating below one star. The salon overcharges customers, sometimes multiple times, and then claims that if the receipt didn't print, they didn't charge you. When you try another card, the same issue occurs. Despite knowing your account balance, you end up being charged twice for a manicure. It's important for customers to carefully review their charges. The salon blames the credit card company for these problems, which have happened too frequently.
