Firstly, to sanitize the tools between pedicures, they spray them with cleanser and then dip them in the foot water. Additionally, she cut my skin and left dead skin on my feet. I won't be surprised if I develop a foot fungus or a toenail infection in a week.
I would NOT suggest this establishment at all. The gentleman was extremely disrespectful and rude, I inquired if he was going to remove my lashes and his reply was “let's see”. In a very impolite manner. He also mentioned to me “I don’t know how to say this… you wasted my time”. He did indeed remove them ALL, my eyes were very irritated. Not only that but he poked the center of my eyeball with his tweezers because he was so rough. The next morning, my vision was so impaired that I could barely see and I was hurried to the hospital. Not only the lashes but nails too, I have had my nails done here a few times and they only lasted me 3-5 days. This is a terrible place, not only is their customer service terrible but also their work. I would suggest Happy Nails or Tina’s, at least they treat their clients with respect.
Ms. Wendy and Ms. Asia are both incredible. Asia can always make my nails look like anything I show her. And Ms. Wendy is very meticulous and doesn't overlook anything. She is also quite funny. Not sure what Royal Nails the other reviewers visited but I have been coming here for years now and I wouldn't even think of going elsewhere. Great prices, work, and conversation♡
