I am appalled by the disrespectful treatment my mother received from Adrianna. If you choose a career in healthcare, it is essential to undergo proper training to avoid potential lawsuits due to malpractice. I strongly advise against having Adrianna as your nurse. If you are assigned to her, request a different caregiver. Her lack of bedside manner is concerning. Adrianna deserves zero stars for her conduct.
Every emergency room staff member should possess basic knowledge and training to handle individuals with autism! The treatment my 9-year-old son received today was appalling. GCRMC consistently provides my son with attentive and caring service tailored to his needs. The disregard and rough handling he experienced today make me hesitant to return. We are willing to travel an hour away to receive proper healthcare.
