We had Alex as our instructor and he was fantastic! He recognized that we were all novices and ensured we grasped every pose, making us feel at ease with our own capabilities. We scheduled this session for my bachelorette weekend, and it was incredibly soothing. Our group consisted of 5 individuals. I could liken the experience to a self-performed massage. It was truly remarkable!
The spa is exceptionally pleasant, calming, and laid-back. Four of us were on a retreat in Ruidoso and opted for massages. We made reservations in advance to ensure simultaneous service for all. Sometimes this can be challenging, but Blue Lotus managed to accommodate all of us within minutes of each other. I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Tyler. I had been experiencing some discomfort in my neck and shoulders. He checked in multiple times about the pressure, to which I promptly replied "YES." Tyler was incredibly attentive to my requirements. Not only did he alleviate my neck and shoulder pain, but the entire massage was profoundly relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend Blue Lotus, especially Tyler. One of the therapists (regrettably, I cannot recall her name) took a photo of our group before the massages and even stayed a few extra minutes to capture an after shot for us. Additionally, one of my friends accidentally injured her leg on a table, resulting in a significant wound. The staff was exceedingly helpful in tending to her wound and taking excellent care of all of us. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.
We engaged in a private beginner yoga session with Alex, and it was truly extraordinary! He recognized our novice status and expertly led us through each pose. With 5 participants in the group, the experience was incredibly calming. I would liken it to a self-administered massage. This bachelorette outing with my friends was highly enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly endorse it!
