I had a fantastic experience today. I phoned last minute for nail art before my trip to Yellowstone. Alex did my nails and she was fantastic. She was accommodating with my requests for length and specific designs. She didn't mind my attention to detail and welcomed my input. The entire team was welcoming and friendly.
A pal of mine was billed $300 for missing an appointment. Despite her clear instruction not to book during her out-of-state trip, they still charged her. Very unprofessional. Exercise caution when scheduling here. They also failed to confirm her appointment, which is suspicious. I won't return.
Booked with Taylor for a haircut, and it was a great choice. She is meticulous, passionate about her craft, and incredibly personable. The salon had a great atmosphere, with the staff clearly enjoying each other's company. I'll definitely return!
