Honestly, my first visit here last year left me feeling disappointed. I explained to the technician, whose name I've since forgotten, that my nails are not flat. She completely ignored my request and ended up giving me poorly shaped fake nails for a steep price of around $120.00. I was furious. To make matters worse, the nails only lasted less than a week before the glue started coming off. When I called to complain, the technician's excuse was that my nails weren't flat. What a ridiculous reason! What was the $120.00 for then? There wasn't even an apology.
