The technicians here are exceptional! Justin pays meticulous attention to detail when shaping and smoothing my nails, while Kim is a delightful conversationalist. They make the entire process enjoyable, even when I request unique styles or different colors for each nail. I appreciate the exceptional cleanliness of this establishment! They promptly tidy up after each customer departs and diligently sanitize their tools. Each staff member has their own designated cart. The fact that they unpack sterilized clippers and nail tools in front of you is a major reason why I continue to be a loyal customer! While the prices are a bit higher compared to my local area, the quality justifies the drive and cost for me. During a manicure or pedicure, they even offer a complimentary beverage. After visiting four times, I have yet to be disappointed. I always opt for French black tips with a heart design on one nail. I often forget to snap a picture of my nails, but I managed to find one.
