In general, my visit was a wonderfully relaxing one. The customer service was exceptional, and my nails turned out even better than I had anticipated. I am definitely planning on returning, and I encourage others to give this place a try as well.
AVOID THIS PLACE. It is an absolute disaster; if I could rate it lower, I certainly would. My companions and I visited on a Friday for nail and toe treatments, and I was charged $110 for a pedicure and nail dip. Not only did my nails start peeling off shortly after, but my friend's nails broke, and her toenails appeared artificial. They initially promised to refund my friend's money after removing the polish, but then attempted to surreptitiously record us without consent. When I objected to being recorded, they refused to remove the polish. Utterly unprofessional.
I have been frequenting this establishment for many years now, and I must say, my experiences have always been positive. The pricing is fair and reasonable, the staff is consistently welcoming and friendly, and I receive a tailored service each visit. The salon maintains a high level of cleanliness and always utilizes new equipment for their services. I typically opt for pedicures and dipped nails, and I am consistently pleased with the outcomes. Their selection of gel and dip nail colors is extensive, and they efficiently complete their work.
