Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I began bringing my son to Alex about three haircuts ago. The first time I scheduled an appointment, I made an error so we had to wait a little longer for our haircut. The second appointment I specifically requested a barber. The individual who was going to cut his hair was not a barber, so we had to wait again for the barber... and I’m talking about a 45-minute wait. Not 10 minutes. The third appointment was today for 4:45. I called instead of booking online. I made sure that I had a barber for my son. At 4:45 we walked in, and our barber was seating a boy in his chair to start a haircut. The person at the front desk said he’ll be with you in a minute. 25 minutes later, when he finished that haircut, he proceeded to take another man into his chair. So when I approached and asked the woman what was happening, she explained that, yes, they had also made appointments. At no point did she say to me, "I’m sorry ma’am, just to let you know you have two other appointments in front of you because he’s running late." This is unacceptable. If you had informed me of that at the beginning, I might have been more inclined to stay, but you’ve lost my business. Do better, Fantastic Sams. It’s all about your customer service and you have none.

The team is all very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Taylor was my stylist and she deserves to know how great of a job she did. She is an excellent hair stylist. I am currently struggling with hair loss/texture changes due to health and medications, I figured it was going to be a big challenge. But she was able to blend all the natural layers my hair has been developing due to the hair loss. She was able to give my hair an actual style, along with showing me some tips. Like parting my hair in different ways to create fuller hair. I have received more compliments this last week on my hair than I have in the last 32 years. I owe that to Taylor! I went in with minimal confidence or hope that anything could be done, and I left with a beautiful, healthy-looking haircut, and my confidence back♥️♥️ I will definitely be going back. And would highly recommend Taylor.

Wonderful experience here today with Skylar! I arrived late in the day (around 6:30) & she took me right in. Her communication was excellent, and she explained every step of the way before she cut. I got exactly the haircut I was looking for plus Skylar’s fun and welcoming personality. First time with her & I’ll definitely be back next time!😊
