The attention to detail was lacking! Nails were uneven, not properly smoothed and filed. All nail edges were done unevenly, not worth the $85 I paid. I've paid less for better service and results before. Not much effort was put in. No cuticle removing solution used. Not even a quick dip in hot water for my hands! The pedicure lady made an effort, but seemed unsure. The manicure lady kept giving instructions in their language. She was dismissive, stopped in the middle to answer her phone, and texted back and forth. Very unprofessional.
