AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN! There was an older gentleman here cutting hair around 4pm yesterday. He was rude, unprofessional, and cut my daughter's hair terribly. As they walked in the gentleman said "what am I going to do with this curly hair." My spouse said he was so mean that she was scared to say something. The gentleman did not even cut her hair, threw his hands up and yelled I'm done. He then made her pay for the haircut.
I went in thinking about what I wanted (a haircut slightly shorter than shoulder length) as I sat in the chair, the older man asked what I would like. As I told him, he quickly said no and that, “I would not like the outcome.” Baffled I asked him, “ What do you think would be best?” He then proceeded to cut my hair below shoulder length and left it choppy and my hair unbrushed and unparted. I politely asked him if he would take off any more of the length and he said “No, the haircut is done now. There is nothing more I can do. Let's go so you can pay.” I was a little stunned and confused by that. I quickly paid and left. But I can safely say that, that was the worst haircut experience I have ever had! To sum it up I was rushed, denied the hair length I actually wanted, and left feeling messy and uncomfortable with the haircut I had been given.
