I had the most fantastic experience ever! Both of the attendants were incredibly friendly, and my nails look absolutely stunning. I am thrilled that I decided to give Karia Nail and Spa a chance for the first time. Their salon is charming and very inviting; it's definitely my new go-to nail place!
I had heard such great things about this nail salon, so I decided to give it a try since it was closer to home. When I walked in and went to sign in, I found the staff to be extremely impolite. One of them told me, "It clearly says 'appointment only' on the door." Well, then, would you like to schedule an appointment for me?! Apparently, you have to do it online... They didn't seem busy, but they were too preoccupied to provide good customer service or even basic manners. I'll be sticking with Lilys, thank you very much.
I am always impressed with the quality of my nails each time I visit this salon every two weeks! The appointment system is convenient, and I appreciate how quickly I can get in and out. They are also accommodating when it comes to fitting you in for a cancellation if needed!
